Memory Verse: Jere. 29:11 "11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." Bible Reading: Is. 49:14-16 "14 But Zion said, “The LORD has forsaken me, And my Lord has forgotten me.” 15 “Can a woman forget her nursing child, And not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you. 16 See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me." God is not a man who keeps in mind our wrongs. He is not human who lacks forgiveness and never shows mercy. God isn't an instant destructive God, He is full of mercy and compassion always. He doesn't let go easily as men will do.
