TOPIC: OUR RESPONSIBILITY 7: TO OUR SUBORDINATE Memory Verse: Roman 13:7 "7 Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor." Bible Reading: Colo. 4:1 "1 Masters, give your bondservants what is just and fair, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven." A responsible Master will be responsible to his servant or workers. Masters are to be honoured and respected, likewise, Masters are to respect their workers by fulfilling their promises. Masters are to treat their workers the way they want to be treated by God, it is your responsibility. Many masters has presented themselves as small god, unapproachable, fearful boss, authoritative leader which is not meant to be. Always remember, a Master has the same God as the workers.
