TOPIC: A WET WOOD: WET WOOD KILLS FIRE Memory Verse: Prov. 26:20 "20 Where there is no wood, the fire goes out; And where there is no talebearer, strife ceases." Bible Reading: Levi. 6:12-13 12 And the fire on the altar shall be kept burning on it; it shall not be put out. And the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order on it; and he shall burn on it the fat of the peace offerings. 13 A fire shall always be burning on the altar; it shall never go out. Wood is the secret to a burning fire. Every fire needs a wood and not just any wood but a dry wood in order to produce the needed fire. No matter the numbers of wood if they are wet, they are useless in creating fire.
