TOPIC: APPRECIATION DAY: Thank God For December (2)

Psalms 136:1-2.
"1. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. 2. O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever."

BIBLE READING:
Ps. 124: 1 - 8.
"1. What if the lord had not been on our side? Let all Israel repeat: 2. What if the lord had not been on our side when people attacked us? 3. They would have swallowed us alive in their burning anger. 4. The waters would have engulfed us; a torrent would have overwhelmed us. 5. Yes, the raging waters of their fury would have overwhelmed our very lives. 6. Praise the lord, who did not let their teeth tear us apart! 7. We escaped like a bird from a hunter’s trap. The trap is broken, and we are free! 8. Our help is from the lord, who made heaven and earth."

Welcome to the month of December, a month of PERFECTION of His work in our life. This month, God will perfect all He has begun in our lives, complete every project hanging and bring us to fulfillment in Jesus name, Amen.

We have nothing more to say to God today than to thank Him for keep us alive. We all started the year together, January 1st, 2025. We have reason to look away from what is not available to what He has added to our lives. We need to think of the changes God has perfected in us, those new grounds he helped us to break, that lives we were able to affect positively, those burdens we were able to lift for others and those burdens God has closed lifted from us, to Him alone be the glory forever more.

The question still remains, "What if the lord had not been on our side?" How would we have copied? What would have been said about us? Where should we be today? Yes, we've gone through a lot this year, we've seen tough days and rough times but "We escaped like a bird from a hunter’s trap. The trap is broken, and we are free!" God showed up for you and me, He settled everything that could have claimed our lives, he deserves our gratitude. If you think you have no reason to be grateful to God, switch On your TV set and listen to the happening between November 30th to December 1st, 2025, you will find multiple reasons to celebrate God.

We are in the last month of the year, God has proofing more than enough that He is with us. What He hasn't done is what you don't need, but all that will sustain you are those things He has made available and that is why you are alive today. Make today the second day of appreciation to God, the faithful God deserves your gratitude. Be joyful, be happy and grateful to God today. Happy Last Month of Year to you. He will PERFECT those things remain in your life this month in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
