TOPIC: SOURCE OF LIFTING: Being Diligent (4)

Psalms 75:6 - 7.
"6. For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. 7. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another."

BIBLE READING:
Proverbs 22:29.
"29. Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men"

Thinking Point:
Diligence in our endeavour will promote us to the present of Kings.

Good day and welcome to a day filled with expectations of God's blessing all around us in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

God is not interested in a lazy man, someone who is good at nothing and does not improve himself on what he does. No, God only backs those who strive to do better in all they have decided to do. God doesn't help those who don't need help, He helps those who need His help and act accordingly. When all you do is to compare, gossip and sleep day and night, lifting will always be a mirage to such a person. Every lifted man was committed to doing something, what are you doing? Which area do you want God to lift you, think and ask yourself, do I deserve lifting? 

King Solomon said, the diligent in their works will stand before Kings, that is, they will be sent to solve problems for Kings. The likes of Daniel, the 3 Hebrews, and Joseph, all stood before the king to solve problems because they were diligent in what they did, and what they were good at. God does not lift someone who is not committed to his work, he attends to those who are diligent, those who put in their best and He lifts them to stand before Kings, Governors, Presidents and Noble men. If you've been praying for lifting in your workplace, business or endeavour ask yourself, "Am I diligent enough for this listing?" Do I really deserve to be lifted?" What are you offering to people that will make them mention you before Kings? How diligent am I in my ministry, handwork, family, to my spouse, to my clients? These are the questions for today: How do I handle my work? Can I be lifted with my attitude to my job? The way we relate with our clients determines if one of them will introduce us to the King. Joseph handled Butler's case very well and he made mention of Him before King and he was lifted above Butler himself. Be diligent in what you do, so that someone can speak of you to the King, that is lifting from God.
