Thinking Point:
An idle hand is an antagonist to Transformation.
It's the first Saturday of the month, seven days gone in this new month. Within the remaining days of the month our breakthrough will manifest, we shall be transformed to a new person in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
Transformation doesn't come to an idle hands. It doesn't come on a platter of gold, you have to work towards it. You don't sit and expect things to change even a magician will have to do some abracadabra to bring something out. Without doing something you can't get something. When you have a reason to do nothing you surely have a reason to get nothing. That you are waiting to hear from God isn't a reason to be idle. That you need resources is not an excuse for idleness. For transformation to come we must be good at something, active at something and be known for something. What are you known for? God doesn't call an idle person or transform idle hands. He looks for active hands to transform. Doing nothing is the best way to remain a nonentity in this world.
Psalms 1:1 - 3, saying,
"1. Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; AND WHATSOEVER HE DOETH SHALL PROSPER.
Being righteous and upright isn't a reason for idleness. No matter your prayer life you must be good at putting your hand to work. He said,
"and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper."
Regardless of your uprightness you must be doing something, you must be good at one skill or a career or both.
Ecclesiastes 9:10, days,
"10. WHATSOEVER THY HAND FINDETH TO DO, DO IT WITH THY MIGHT; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.
Your hand must not be vacant, it must be up and doing. It is the hand that does something that God prospers. When your hand is too neat to do something it will be too heavy to carry prosperity. Whatever you do, the scripture says, do it with all your mind and stop looking at what others are doing. Be focused on what you are good at, let your hand put God to work. You can only prosper in what you put your hand to do. "And whatsoever he does, he shall prosper".
Lastly, Apostle Paul said in Colossians 3:23,
"23. And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;"
Whatever your hand finds doing, do it as unto God not unto man. See it as serving God not pleasing others. Let the mind of God guide what you do with your hand. Have it in mind that you will give account. When your hand is not idle, your transformation is close by. God is about to transform you into a new person, be diligent in the works of your hands.
God Bless you and Good Morning.
