And the LORD looked upon him, and said, Go in this thy might, and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the Midianites: have not I sent thee? 15. But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work." BIBLE READING: Romans 8:24-27 “24. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance. 26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God." Thinking Point: The Holy Spirit is part of the ongoing work in us; you're not alone. It's the last Saturday of the month, let us celebrate God's faithfulness over our lives....

Thinking Point: Always give room for Thanksgiving in all that you are going through. Today is the last working day of this week and the last Friday of March, in order word, our God has ...

Today, the Lord is turning those hugely situations around in our favour. We are becoming stronger and better in Jesus' mighty name, amen.  Learning a trade as an apprentice isn't an easy task. It takes determination, sacrifice and self-control. An apprentice can be older in age than his/her master, he/she can be a graduate, master holder or even married person while the master is still single. Whatever your qualification or status, you have to obey your master. He can send you on errands while he continues with his wo...

Therefore behold, his blood is now required of us.” 23 But they did not know that Joseph understood them, for he spoke to them through an interpreter. 24. And he turned himself away from them and wept. Then he returned to them again, and talked with them. And he took Simeon from them and bound him before their eyes." Thinking Point: While God is working, don't be idle either, learn something new.  The act of God shall be made manifest in our lives today in Jesus name, Amen. Since God is working things out for our good we also need to learn and study new things. A lot of Christians today have ...

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. 12. Then  you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you." Thinking Point: God has a set time for the change we crave for. He is working things out. God hasn't forgotten neither has He abandoned you. He is working on you and for you. It doesn't matter what you are going through, God is still on your matter. He has a plan for each and everyone of us. Listen to this, "11 For I know the...

BIBLE READING:  Philippians 1:6 "6. being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;" Thinking Point: God is still working as Christ is still working for us. Today is my Birthday, the 22nd of March, do remember me in your prayers. This week, we will be speaking on "GOD IS AT WORK IN YOU." Can you repeat that to yourself, that God is at work in me? I would like you to know that we are "God's project in progress." We are not abandoned by God. God is not a man that starts and stops a project because of finances or external problems, No. He is the beginning and the end of all things. The first and last of everything. He has the end of everything before...

Oluboye Emmanuel Ministry© Mobile Daily Devotional Week 12, Day 5, Thursday, 19th March, 2026 TOPIC: THE BLIND BARTIMAEUS. Stay Put With Jesus (12)

TOPIC: THE BLIND BARTIMAEUS. Stay Put With Jesus (12)  One Year Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 13 - 15 Luke 2 : 21 - 52. MEMORY VERSE: Ephesians 5:16 16 Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days.  BIBLE READING: Mark 10:52. "52. And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way." Thinking Point: The blessing of the Lord is preserved by staying with Him. Welcome to the last edition of our topic, "Lesson From Blind Bartimaeus". We bless the Lord for every revelation from the beginning of this topic. As we round up today, I like to encourage you to stay put with Jesus when your requests are granted. It's common to see people turn their back on God after His visitation. The blessings of God get them distracted. Many turned back from God to enjoy life without staying put with God. When God was addressing the Israelites before entering the land of Canaan, He gav...

TOPIC: THE BLIND BARTIMAEUS. Your Faith Determines Your Healing (11)     One Year Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 11 - 12 Luke 2 : 1 - 20 MEMORY VERSE: Ephesians 5:16 "16. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days." BIBLE READING: Mark 10:52. "52. And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way." Thinking Point: Your Healing is attached to your Faith in God. This week, your Faith will activate your healing and deliverance in Jesus name, Amen. During the earthly ministry of Jesus, many healings were done. A lot of sick persons received their healings through Jesus' compassion, mercy and request but many received their healings through Faith in the power of Jesus which was how Blind Bartimaeus received his. His faith made him believe that Jesus could heal him and he went for it. Faith isn't complete without action. Until your vision, purpose, determinat...

Oluboye Emmanuel Ministry© Mobile Daily Devotional Week 12, Day 3, Tuesday, 17th March, 2026 TOPIC: THE BLIND BARTIMAEUS. Knowing What you Need (10)

TOPIC: THE BLIND BARTIMAEUS. Knowing What you Need (10)     One Year Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 8 - 10 Luke 1 : 57 - 80 MEMORY VERSE: Ephesians 5:16 "16. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days."  BIBLE READING: Mark 10:51. "And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee? The blind man said unto him, ."Lord, that I might receive my sight" Thinking Point: Knowing the difference between your need and your want - Is wisdom. Beloved of God, it’s another wonderful morning, may His name be praised forevermore. As we step out today, may we experience a life changing encounter in all our endeavour in Jesus’ Mighty Name.  As we continue our study on the topic, The Blind Bartimaeus, our focus today is "Knowing What You Needs". This may sound small but very deep and important. Many of us think our needs are finances or wealth whereas our needs are what is stopping us from having the opportunity to make...

TOPIC: THE BLIND BARTIMAEUS. Arise And Move (9)     One Year Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 5 - 7 Luke 1 : 26 - 56 MEMORY VERSE: Ephesians 5:16 "16. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days."   BIBLE READING: Mark 10:50. "50. And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus. Thinking Point: Responding with your ability is what shows your readiness for a change. This week, we shall arise and shine forth the light of God within us, we shall overcome every spirit of procrastination around our lives in Jesus Mighty name, Amen. Beloved, there is what I call the "Spirit of Start And Stop" in life. It simply means, you start a project and stop along the way. You begin a mission and along the line you find reasons to quit or abandon the mission, not because it won't profit you again but you just lose interest in it, that is the spirit of start and stop. You have all it takes to move on in accomplishing that goal but for no reason you...

TOPIC: THE BLIND BARTIMAEUS. Let Go Of Hindrances (8)     One Year Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 3 - 4 Luke 1 : 1 - 25 MEMORY VERSE: Ephesians 5:16 "16. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days."   BIBLE READING: Mark 10:50. "50. And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus. Thinking Point: A garment shelters when it fits, but hinders when it binds. Happy New Week God's people. This week, every form of hindrance working against our progress is separated from our lives in Jesus name, Amen. Today, our lesson from the life of The Blind Bartimaeus is doing away with every hindrance - Garments. When Jesus sent for blind Bartimaeus, the scripture said, "And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus" which garment and why casting the garment away? For anyone to walk with, receive and enjoy Jesus, there are garments meant to be cast away. What are these garments? They are hindrances to reaching God, distractions, thin...

TOPIC: THE BLIND BARTIMAEUS. Don't Mind The Noise (7)  One Year Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 1 - 2 Mark 16: 1 - 20 MEMORY VERSE: Ephesians 5:16 "16. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days."   BIBLE READING: Mark 10:48-49. "48. And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me. 49. And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee." Thinking Point: If God is not silencing your voice don't let men silence you. This weekend, God will attend to our cry of help and release the help we all need by His mercy, Amen. Today, as we move forward, I'll like to tell you, not to mind the noise against your voice. Voice out your mind to God like Blind Bartimaeus did. When he started shouting at the top of his voice, the crowd bid him to be quiet, because the Master won't hear ...

Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days."   BIBLE READING: Mark 10:47. "47. And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me." Thinking Point: How we address God determine how He respond to our request. In all we do today, the name Jesus will respond to us, the name above other names will perform wonders in our lives in Jesus' mighty name, Amen. The lesson we are learning from The Blind Bartimaeus today is the way He called Jesus's attention, He called Jesus by His full name, have you noticed that? Most times Jesus was addressed as the Son of God, son of Mary, Jesus Christ, but Blind Bartimaeus called Jesus differently, meaning he had a pre-knowledge of His background. That is simply saying, regardless of his predica...

And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me." Thinking Point: Having the necessary information but failing to act on it is like having no information at all.  I decree today, every reason for the delay and procrastination of God's giving instructions are hereby scattered in Jesus' Mighty Amen.  Welcome to the continuation of Blind Bartimaeus. Today, our focus is, "Acting positively on the information". Taking a bold step by acting on the information you've gotten is what takes you to the next steps in life. We saw how Blind Bartimaeus reasoned the information and realized how it could change his life. After processing the in...

And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me." Thinking Point: Process every information by faith not by fear. The glory of God shines through us today, we shall move from glory to glory in all our endeavours in Jesus' mighty name, Amen. As we continued our discussion about the Blind Bartimaeus let us move to the next principles that guarded his life. He was a man who was sensitive with the moves around him at a particular time, and he was so smart to know what to do with the present move. When we sense the happenings and get information, what do we do with it? How fast are we to take advantage of the moment we find ourselves? Some start see...

Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days."   BIBLE READING: Mark 10:47. "And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me." Thinking Point: Be sensitive to identify opportunities in disguise around you. A lovely day with doors of opportunity being open before us today in Jesus Mighty name. As we continued our study on the Blind Bartimaeus, who was rightly positioned and active regardless of his inability. He was also a sensitive man to the happenings around him. He was blind but his ears were functioning and he made use of them in the right way. He heard the sounds of the crowd, tripping all around and he knew it wasn't normal. Although he couldn't see, he knew something unusual was happening and he never took it li...

BIBLE READING: Mark 10:46. "46. And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, SAT BY THE HIGHWAY SIDE BEGGING." Thinking Point: Solving others' problems is a way to get your problem solved. It's the first working day of the week. Whatever we lay our hands on today shall prosper, we will work for profit not for losses in Jesus' mighty name, Amen. Last Saturday, we discussed "Don't Be Idle" which I believe is still fresh in our hearts. I said, no matter how confused you are, keep doing something. No one will know you without doing something. For every transformation it all begins with being active in something. Our focus today is the same with the b...

And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, Blind Bartimaeus, The Son Of Timaeus, Sat By The Highway Side Begging." Thinking Point: Your location is important in the journey of your life. Good day Beloved of God, it's a new week with God leading us into that expected end He has for us in Jesus' mighty name, Amen. This week, our search light will be on Blind Bartimaeus, the blind man who received His sight miraculously. What was His contribution and how did Jesus heal him? Firstly, this man was rightly positioned. Yes, he had a good location, the scripture says, "By the highway", not in the jungle or a corridor where no one could have located him. Many of us are wr...

The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts." BIBLE READING: Ecclesiastes 9:10 "10. Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest." Thinking Point: An idle hand is an antagonist to Transformation. It's the first Saturday of the month, seven days gone in this new month. Within the remaining days of the month our breakthrough will manifest, we shall be transformed to a new person in Jesus' mighty name, Amen. Transformation doesn't come to an idle hands. It doesn't come on a platter of gold, you have to work towards it. You don't sit and expect things to change even a magician will have ...
