TOPIC: UNREQUESTED FAVOUR: By Our Works (7) 

MEMORY VERSE: 
Jeremiah 29:11.
"11. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end."

BIBLE READING: 
Revelation 3:8-9.
"8. I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name."
"9. Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee."

Thinking Point:
Our works outweigh the reward we envisage if we will do it better. God's reward for services are beyond our imagination, they are Unrequested favour.

To God be The Glory for another fruitful week, may His wonderful name be praise forevermore.

As our final series for this week, am here to let us know that, the reward of our works which include services for God, outweighs what we can imagine or forecast. Working for God, not restricted to church work only, comes with unrequested favour which we can't fathom. Carrying out God's purpose for one's life is working for God. Being a blessing to others, impacting and Influence others for good is God's work.

Our reading shows us that, God sees all our works, if I may ask, what work are you doing for God? What are the effect of your actions on others? Are you pulling others down or raising them up? Which work will be accounted to you? This passage is talking about "Good Works" that come with Unrequested favour. A work that attract opening of New doors which powers, thrones and principalities can't shut. Our way of life determines what we will enjoy from God. The result of a fruitful life style brings unexpected blessings from God, favour not requested for. As we round up today, my question to everyone is this, can your work bring Unrequested Favour? Can God open New Doors because of your works? Can your work attract Him for unfathomable reward? Check your work, how you treat people, relate with your superiors and subordinates. How you treat your colleagues, can it make God release Unrequested favour on you? I pray that the Lord give us the ability to be truthful to ourselves and make the necessary changes in our lives In Jesus name, Amen.
