TOPIC: WHAT DISCIPLINE DOES; It Conquers Procrastination (3) 

MEMORY VERSE: 
Hebrews 12:11.
"11. Now no chastening (Discipline) for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.

BIBLE READING: 
Ephesians 5:15-16.
"15. See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,"
"16. Redeeming the time, because the days are evil."

Thinking Point:
Procrastinating is as a result of lack of Discipline. Why postpone what you can do now till sometime else?

Indiscipline is as a result of being "too busy". Being too busy is the accumulation of easy tasks that needed to be done with ease but was left undone. When we can't identify what needs to be done now and later, it's indiscipline. Procrastination has cost many, to lose great opportunities in life, lack of response as soon as possible makes many persons lost their position. "I will do it tomorrow", "I'm tired, let me take some rest" and many more are based on procrastination.

Apostle Paul said, 
"16. Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.",
How do we redeem the time? By acting at once. By doing what needs to be done now without delay. Time can be useful or it can be miss used, depending on how we make use of our time, either rightly or wrongly. Being discipline makes one utilize their time judiciously and achieve purpose in life. With discipline, you know what to do at what time and when to do other tasks. Being discipline helps you prioritize how you make use of your day. Do you live to push things forward when you can do it right away? You need to be more disciplined to get the best out of life. Being discipline gives you an edge over procrastinating. Check yourself.
