TOPIC: SERVICE; A DUTY: Service Brings Promotion (5) 

MEMORY VERSE: 
Exodus 23:25.
"25. And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee."

BIBLE READING: 
Genesis 41:37-39.
"37. And the thing was good in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of all his servants."
"38. And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?"
"39. And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch wise as thou art:"

Thinking Point:
Promotion is a product of service, If you don't serve you don't deserve to be promoted.

Every hindrances to your promotion, they are crushed out of your way in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen. 

He who does not work does not deserve to eat, likewise, those who does not serve does not deserve promotion. Service is the qualification for promotion. You can't be elevated when you've done nothing or affect other's life positively. Many feels you are being used, taking you for granted, but may I tell you today, your services has a reward called promotion, it belongs to those who serve diligently.

Joseph was promoted because of his service. Hear this, service leads to promotion, you will soon be due to be promoted. Joseph served in Potiphar's house, served in the prison and served the king before he was promoted. He was sold out of his father's house at age thirteen, got promoted at age thirty, that's seventeen years of service. He served the king's butler with his ability to interpret dreams and he forgot him for the next two years. Listen to me, your continuous service will present you to your rewarder if you will not quit. Do you want to be promoted? Keep serving, God will not leave a servant to promote a lazy person. Service is the root of all promotion, yours will not elude you, it may be delayed but it will surely come to pass very soon. Keep serving your promotion is on the way.
