TOPIC: BUILD YOURSELF: Pray In The Holy Ghost (2)

MEMORY VERSE:
Jude 1:20
"20. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost."

BIBLE READING:
1 Corinthians 14:2.
"2. For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries."

Thinking Point:
Building yourself by praying in the Holy Ghost is increasing your spirit man.

This day, we will be located for God's purpose for our lives in Jesus' Mighty Name, Amen.
As we continue on building ourselves, we need to build ourselves in praying in the Holy Ghost, speaking in an unknown tongue. When we do such we are building our spirit man, we are praying in a language of the heavens which the devil or his agent can't comprehend. Apostle Paul says in 1 Corinthians 14:4, that we edify ourselves.
"4. He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth himself:..."

When we are alone, we need to edify ourselves by praying in the Holy Ghost. In the gathering of the saint, we need to pray in an unknown tongue, the spirit that knows all things understands what our heart is saying. He strengthens our spirit man and presents our request to God. Jesus our Lord and savior prayed in the Holy Ghost. Praying in the Holy Ghost is speaking to the Holy Spirit pertaining to the burdens of one's heart, surrendering to the Holy Spirit to take up one's situation.

Our memory verse says, we should build ourselves by praying in the Holy Ghost. it's not meant for some certain person, it's meant for all believers. When you don't know what to say in prayers any more, pray in the Holy Ghost. When the situation seems tough and rough, pray in the Holy Ghost. When doors seem locked, burst in the Holy Ghost. Remember, you can be boiling in the Holy Ghost within without the knowledge of people around you. Start building yourself to pray in the Holy Ghost daily, by doing this, your spirit man will have the energy to handle situations from within and not just the outside world.
