TOPIC: Studying John 6:1-15. Jesus to His Disciples, Disciples to the People (9)  

MEMORY VERSE: 
John 6:6.
"6. And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do."

BIBLE READING: 
John 6:11.
"11. ..., he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would."

Thinking Point:
Believers are a link between God and the world, as Jesus reached others through His disciples.

This week, we shall be blessed, be a blessing to others in Jesus' Mighty name, we receive wisdom to break through every limitation in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Reaching others for God and linking others to God, is our duties as Christians. Believers are called to make more believers not to keep to ourselves what makes us a believer. Everything we have or given is for the glory of God not ours. We are blessed to be a blessing. We are lifted to lift others. We are saved to save others. We are called to call others to what we have received. Our lifestyle is to increase the kingdom of God not to depopulate it. 

Jesus Christ showed an important aspect of who His disciples are in this story. When He gave thanks over the bread and fishes, He distributed it to His disciples to share to the crowd. He could have shared it to the organized crowd directly but no, he handed it over to His disciples to share it, this is spiritual. God reached the unbeliever through believers. The reason we are with God is to send us to those who are far from Him. He blesses us with those wealth, blessings, Job, resources so we can share with others in order to save their lives. Listen to me, God will not move Himself, He will move you and I in order to bless and help other lives. We do not own ourselves, we belong to God, we are His representative, His ambassador here on earth, so therefore, we are to affect lives for God. As Jesus gave to His disciples to give to the crowd, you and I are blessed to give, help and draw the unbelievers to God with those skills, talent and resources. Are you functioning as God's disciples? Are you reaching out to the unbelievers? Do you withhold what He blessed you with to yourself alone? Jesus gave us to distribute not to withhold it ourselves.
