TOPIC: TRUSTING GOD: Acknowledging Him Always (7) 

MEMORY VERSE: 
Proverbs 3:5-6.
"5. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding."
"6. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

Thinking Point:
Trusting God means involving Him in all you do, referencing His presence every moment.

A beautiful weekend to you all, may the God of eleventh hour visit each and everyone of us with testimony that draws men to God in Jesus' Mighty name, Amen.

Today, as we round up our teaching on Trusting God, I'd like us to know that, to trust God is all encompassing. You don't trust God in one area and withdraw your trust in other areas. You don't depend on Him for money and depend on your wisdom for marriage, No, we are to hand everything to Him, trust Him with everything. Let me remind you what trusting God also means. It means, "Lord I hand over this self to you". Trust is like locking up the entrance and exit door of a house, which means, you have secured the whole house, but when you lock up a room or two rooms and leave the entrance and exit door unlocked, the house is not secured, just the two rooms. That is what it looks like, when you trust God with some area of your life and withhold the rest, you are giving Him a restriction to where He can operate in your life.

King Solomon said, in all your ways, "Acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path". He can only direct your path in the area you allowed Him. You can't trust God with your resources and still withhold it from Him, that means you don't trust Him with it. To enjoy the full direction and leading of God we need to entrust Him with all we are and we have. We trust Him with our heart, mind, body and soul, everything we owe should be entrusted to Him. The question remains, do you trust God with your all?
