TOPIC: Usual Acts Of God: Excluded From Destruction (1)
MEMORY VERSE:
Ephesians 3:20.
"20. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us".
BIBLE READING:
Genesis 6:17–18
" 17. And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die."
"18. But with thee will I establish my covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons’ wives with thee."
Thinking Point:
God's act can't be quantified, when He's ready to protect us, there's no limit to it.
A new week again, i declare and decree, the fear of "how will my needs be met this December" is replaced with "how did i get all those needs met", in Jesus' Mighty Name, Amen
This week, we will enjoy the act of God in His marvelous ways in Jesus name, Amen. We will be seeing the act of God in the light of the scriptures and how it relates to us. When God was bittered with the attitude of men after creation, He made up His mind to destroy all mankind with flood because all their mindset were evil and wickedness. He soon found someone who was different in the whole world called Noah. The first act of God we are seeing today is the Act of being Excluded from pending evil. Noah was excluded in the first destruction of the world. God showed his family favour because of his walk with God and created a plan to exempt him from the flood. When we please God, He will always devise a new means to deliver us from all forms of evil. You know, He is the creator of everything and He is still in the business of creating new things.
To save Noah's family, He gave Noah an idea of building an ark. Nobody had no experience what was called flood before then, no one heard of ark before then, but God created this because of Noah. When Noah was to be rescued, it involved all that he owned, including animals. The act of God can go any length to save us from destruction. This is my prayer this week, no matter the remaining evil in this year, my God and your God, will create an act to rescue us from them all in Jesus name, Amen. Noah needed not to do any extra work than to depend on his past services. He obediently followed all the instructions and his family were rescued from the flood. But remember, you must have a quality to win his act towards you, what is the value you place on God? Happy new week.
