TOPIC: KNOWING JESUS: Get To Work (16)

2 Chronicles 26 - 28, Acts 6.

MEMORY VERSE:
Daniel 11:32 
"32. .... but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits."

BIBLE READING:
John 11:43-44.
"43. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 44. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go."

Thinking Point:
Every promotion attracts new responsibilities and higher tasks, so be prepared. 

Welcome to another wonderful week filled with the help of God for you and I, in Jesus name, Amen.

When one calls on God to intervene in his/her situation and things begin to turn around, changes begin to step in, it's for you to know that, every new testimony is a new task. Answers of prayer or change of status in telling God that I am ready for the tasks ahead. I will do better than what I have done in the past. I will be more committed than I was before. Every promotion is another beginning for a new level. Yes, God has answered your prayer doesn't mean you sit back and watch Him doing it for you, that's not how it works. You keep putting in your best to make things work out.

Jesus called Lazarus forth, and the dead came back to life. They were excited to see him back but he was still bound with the grave clothing. Jesus commanded them to lose Him and let him go. I have done my part, do your part. Have called him forth, you complete the rest. This is the new responsibilities you are to carry out. God has gotten you the Job, He's not going to do the job for you. The testimony is available, it's time for you to prove you are ready for it. You've called Him to intervene in your martial issues, He's done it, all you need to do is to change your formal attitude and start being responsible. God has brought out your Lazarus, loose him and let him go, be active with what God has made available. Don't just testify and be idle. When doors are open you don't just step in and wait, you start doing the needful. It's time to do your part.
