Oluboye Emmanuel Ministry Mobile Daily Devotional Week 31, Day 2, Monday, 28th July, 2025 TOPIC: CROSSING TO THE OTHER SIDE: Choose The Right Co-runners (2)

TOPIC: CROSSING TO THE OTHER SIDE: Choose The Right Co-runners (2)

One Year Bible Reading:
Psalms 42 - 44, Romans 3.

MEMORY VERSE:
Deuteronomy 2:2-3
"2. “Then at last the lord said to me, 3. ‘You have been wandering around in this hill country long enough; turn to the north."

BIBLE READING:
Luke 8:22
22 One day Jesus said to his disciples, “Let’s cross to the other side of the lake.” So they got into a boat and started out." (NLT)

Thinking Point:
Vision can only be run perfectly when you have like-minded people around.

This day shall answer to the name we call it, it shall be productive for us in the name that is above other names, Amen.
We started our teaching on "Crossing To The Other Side" with the sub-topic "You need a vision" and we are made to know that whatever will make us desire crossing over should align with God's purpose for our lives. Today, we proceed to the next sub-topic which is, "Get like-minded people to cross with, Co-runners" those who appreciate you, who understand the vision, who are willing to bring out the best in you. The reason for dead vision most times is the flocks you have around the vision, people whose desire is to milk you and not to give you milk, those whose desire to bring you down instead of helping you up. Those who bite more than they can chew, who push you to the wrong part and then turn away from you. When you have the right company around you, who understands the vision and appreciates who you are, the journey to cross over will be made easier because everyone will share the burden together.

When God was creating the Heavens and the earth, He had co-runners with Him who made everything worked out. If God needed the angels in creation who else wouldn't need to selectively choose his angels to work with? Who wouldn't need to choose his co-runners to run with him? In Genesis 1:26, God said, "Let us", not "let me", the fastest way to wear out is to do alone what you need others to do for you. No matter the size of the vision it will wear you when you keep running it alone. Get co-runners for the vision. Jesus said to His co-runner, this is my next vision, "we are crossing over to the next city", because they were like-minded, it was easy for them to run the vision together. If that vision is not running check who is running with you? Check if you are running the vision alone. Until you get like-minded people running the vision with you, you may not be able to cross over. Check your co-runners if there's any to be replaced or done with in order to cross over. Jesus was able to run His vision because of His co-runner, get the right co-runner for that vision.

Good morning, and God bless you.
