TOPIC: DAVID'S HEART: There's A Way Out (2)

MEMORY VERSE:
Psalms 89:20.
"20. I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him:"

BIBLE READING: 
2 Samuel 9:2.
"2. And there was of the house of Saul a servant whose name was Ziba. And when they had called him unto David, the king said unto him, Art thou Ziba? And he said, Thy servant is he."

Thinking Point:
There's always a way when you're determined to reach your goal.

This week, God's angel is leading the way ahead of us in Jesus'Mighty name, Amen.

Yesterday, we saw how David's heart prompted him to remember Jonathan, the son of King Saul, who sacrificed his throne for him to be the next king. He longed to fulfil his promises to his old time friend, Jonathan, but it seems impossible because he couldn't get headway. But as a king, he kept digging and searching until he got a lead to an heir of Jonathan. Jesus said in His words, in Matthew 7:7,
"7. Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:"

Whatever one desires, he should be able to seek for it, go after it and get it done, that was what David did. He asked and went in search of someone who could lead him to Jonathan's heir until Ziba was located.

Dear beloved, not getting a headway isn't an excuse not to get the right things done. Looking out for those who were there for you in time past isn't stressful if they are worth it. King David never stopped until he found Ziba who led Him to Jonathan's son. You don't need to quit until you locate those helpers to reward them. You don't quit until you reach your goal regardless of the obstacles placed before you. Keep searching until you locate those who helped you to become who you are and reward them.
