TOPIC: ALL AROUND POSITIVE RESULT: Go Again (5)

MEMORY VERSE:
Psalms 118:15.
"15. The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly."

BIBLE READING: 
1 Kings 18:43-44.
"43. And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, GO AGAIN SEVEN TIMES. 44. And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man's hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not.

Thinking Point:
Nothing good comes easy, so keep trying again and gain.

Heaven is seeing your effort, labour and struggles and reward you with positive results for this reason in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

Everything good we can see today failed many times, discouraged the founders, took a lot of energy, time, resources, and tried again and again before it comes to what is being celebrated today. I remember a sentence of a song by Bongo Sikwe which says, "Nothing Good Comes Easy, This I Know, Gotta Keep Right On Searching Till I Find". That's the word, gotta keep trying again and again.

Many times we quit too early, we give up too soon. We felt like listening to our body system, accepting other’s opinions and then we settled for, "It can't be possible". Nothing good comes easy, friend. It's not a reason to turn around but to keep going.

Elijah heard God that it would rain, he believed it would rain but it didn't rain until he prayed the hardest way, putting his head in between his knees and sending his servant to check for rain. Elijah never gave up, he kept sending his servant to check the weather until the seventh time when a sign was seen. Elijah was a man of prayer, and he prayed for a while before God could hear his prayer, until the seventh time before the result showed. 

Beloved, it's not time to quit but to try again, to go again, to give a little push, to try it another way. Yours might be the marriage, going the same way your parents marriage ended, don't give in too soon, try again. Yours might be a ministerial delay, get up and try it again. Get up and start all over. Nothing good comes easy, no positive result without trying again and again. All Around Positive Result entails trying again, in a different way, with new ideas and more determination. We will get it right in Jesus' name, Amen.
