TOPIC: GOD'S GRACE: Exempt From Evil (2)

MEMORY VERSE: 
1 Corinthians 15:10.
"10. But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me."

BIBLE READING:
Genesis 6:6-8.
"6. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7. And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. 8. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD."

Thinking Point:
The Grace of God single one out of every form of negativity and evil.

We shall be studying what the Grace of God does in the life of Men, what is the advantage of carrying God's Grace. In the beginning, God made Heaven and the Earth, created man and woman, made everything available for them in order to make Him the focus, but men soon derailed from God. Turned their hearts to serve objects in place of God. These made God angry and decided to destroy everything He created. But there was a man who found the Grace of God in the whole world then, His name was Noah, Grace exempted him from the world's destruction. Among millions of souls then, Grace singled him out to ease the work of creation the second time. The scripture says, "..., and Noah found Grace in the eyes of God", it's our turn to find the grace of exemption from evil in Jesus name, Amen.

When the Grace of God is at work, you will be around but not available for evil. Have you ever wondered, "Why are you alive?" That is grace in action. Why are you not kidnapped? It's because of Grace. Grace is the reason you escaped that accident. It's not by righteousness or holiness, but by God's Grace. It's not by experience not accolades, it's all by the grace of God. After the flood, the first thing Noah did was to plant Vineyard and get drunk and ended up laying a curse on his child because of his own indiscipline, it's not by work that one should boast according to Apostle Paul, it is by God's Grace. May the Grace of God never seize from our lives in Jesus' name, Amen. Thank God for the Grace that has singled you out from all evil.
