Oluboye Emmanuel Ministry Mobile Daily Devotional Week 51, Day 2, Monday, 15th December, 2025 TOPIC: THE STRENGTH OF THE LORD: He Gives Strength (2)
TOPIC: THE STRENGTH OF THE LORD: He Gives Strength (2)
One Year Bible Reading:
Amos 5 - 9
Revelation 7.
MEMORY VERSE:
Isaiah 41:10.
"10. Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."
BIBLE READING:
Isaiah 40:29.
"29. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength."
Thinking Point:
God renews the strength of the fainted and increases the strength of the weary.
This week, your strength will not fail, your faintness will be replaced with power to accelerate in Jesus mighty Name, Amen.
Yesterday, we saw God as the source of all strength who never faint or weary. He is ageless and changeless. He is never tired or sick for a moment, He is God of all strength. Today, we are studying what He does with the faint and the weary.
Isaiah said,
"He giveth power to the faint;"
He gives power to the faint. Who are the faint? Those who failed in the face of temptation, those who lost spiritual battles, some backslide and are willing to rise again. Those whose strength couldn't sustain them in the time of adversity, these are the fainted ones. God will renew their strength. He will give them a new beginning.
"And to them that have no might he increaseth strength."
He also increases the strength of those that have no might. What it means, those who are weary, going through turbulent times, faced with opposition, they are not defeated, they are not down but their strength is drained. They are struggling in their race with God. These are those who God increases their strength. So, the fainted needs a renewer of strength while the weary needs an increase of strength.
Where do you belong this morning? Are you weary or fainting? There is good news for you, God has the ability to renew your strength and also increase your strength. I don't know what you want but I know your case can't go beyond these two cases, either weary or fainting, God has whatever you need, cry to Him according to your needs by saying, Father, I need an increase of strength. Father, I need a renewer of strength. Let Him know what you need from Him this morning.
God Bless you and Good Morning.
