Oluboye Emmanuel Ministry Mobile Daily Devotional Week 1, Day 2,Monday, 29th December, 2025 TOPIC: PREPARING FOR 2026: Watch Your Company (4)

TOPIC: PREPARING FOR 2026: Watch Your Company (4)

One Year Bible Reading:
Zechariah 12 - 14
Revelation 20

MEMORY VERSE:
Habakkuk 2:1.
"1. I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved."

BIBLE READING:
Judges 7:6-7.
"7. And the number of them that lapped, putting their hand to their mouth, were three hundred men: but all the rest of the people bowed down upon their knees to drink water. 8. And the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the other people go every man unto his place."

Thinking Point:
Not all your company can go with you, sieve your company.

Beloved of God, it's another new day. We are moving closer to the end of year 2025 and closer to the new year, 2026, may we all see, experience and enjoy this coming year in sound health in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

Still preparing for the year ahead, today our focus is shifting to the company we keep, those we call friends, associates, dream runners, can they all flock with our goals and dreams for the new year? How well were they part of our achievement for the year 2025? Were they a blessing or a curse to us this year? What company are we keeping? People around us either influence or de-influence our progress in life. Who do you need to sieve away to move forward this coming year? Which association is much draining and adds nothing to your growth? We need to identify such people and do the needful this coming year.

Gideon had thirty-two thousands of soldiers with him to fight against the Midianites. They all seem ready and prepared. They look brave, strong and ready to go to the camp of the enemy. But God said, these crowds of soldiers are filled with people who are fearful and afraid, this can't bring the victory I desire. Announce that the fearful should go back home, and twenty-two thousand soldiers went back home, remaining ten thousand soldiers, Judges 7:3. Not everyone around you can go on your journey this year. We need to identify those who are ready to run the vision with us wholeheartedly. God is not always after the crowd but the faithful and available. Twenty-two thousand soldiers left the camp at once, do you know how many doubters in your camp? Mockers you have been associating with? Those who don't believe your dream is achievable? Today it is my prayers that God will open our eyes and mind to identify and sieve away every destiny drainers and destroyers in our camps in Jesus Mighty name, Amen.

Still the Lord wasn't pleased with ten thousand soldiers until they were reduced to three hundred soldiers, then and only then was the victory won. Beloved, in the coming year, what we need is God and the right people around us to achieve the unachievable and bring glory to the Lord our God. Who do you need to sieve out of your team? Who is part of the thirty-one thousand, seven hundred soldiers that need to go off your circle this year? Let God lead and guide you to identify and excuse them around your life. Not all dreams require crowds, some dreams just need the right person with the right mindset. Sieve your company for the coming year.

God Bless you and Good Morning.
