Oluboye Emmanuel Ministry Mobile Daily Devotional Week 3, Day 2, Monday, 12th January, 2026 TOPIC: 2026, My Year To BE SOUGHT FOR: Showcase Your Uniqueness (11)

TOPIC: 2026, My Year To BE SOUGHT FOR: Showcase Your Uniqueness (11)

One Year Bible Reading:
Genesis 29 - 30
Matthew 9: 18 - 38

MEMORY VERSE:
2 Samuel 9:1.
"1. And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan's sake?

BIBLE READING:
1 Samuel 16:17-18.
"18. Then answered one of the servants, and said, Behold, I have seen a son of Jesse the Bethlehemite, that is cunning in playing, and a mighty valiant man, and a man of war, and prudent in matters, and a comely person, and the LORD is with him."

Thinking Point:
Nobody knows what you're capable of, so, showcase your uniqueness.

Welcome to another brand new week. It is my prayer today that this week will work for us, we shall be sought for and be helped in Jesus' mighty mighty name, Amen.
As we progress on ways to be sought for, our focus today is, showcasing what you have; letting others know what you can do. What am I saying, I am saying you should use your uniqueness so others can see. What you have nobody knows about it, no one can imagine your gift or talents until you make use of it before them. Don't be a fool who does not know the way to the market like King Solomon put it in Ecclesiastes 10:15, saying,
"15. The labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them, because he knoweth not how to go to the city."

The first way to market is to tell people what you can do, put your uniqueness to work before others. Let people know what you are good at. Many will doubt your ability until they see what you can offer, so therefore, showcase what you can do at any given time.

David was showcasing his uniqueness in the bush daily, that means, at his office as a shepherd boy, he kept using his gifts and passersby noticed his gifts. People passing around that bush knew a boy was always in the bush playing his instrument, singing, rehearsing the use of his strings. Until people notice you they will never know your ability, they will never know your worth. Where you are presently shouldn't stop you from using your uniqueness, it should be an avenue to use that gift. Joseph was in prison and yet made use of his gift, interpretation of dreams. You are not in that location to hide your potential, you are there to showcase it for others to see. When it was time for David to be sought for, the servant who saw him using his gift spoke to the King about it. Until someone sees what you can do they won't tell others what you are good at. Keep using your gift publicly, taking it to the market place for publicity. Stop hiding that talent, someone is in need of it somewhere. Let people speak to others on your behalf then you will be sought for.

God Bless you and Good Morning.
