Every challenge in life is a process of our making and refining.
Today, the Lord is turning those hugely situations around in our favour. We are becoming stronger and better in Jesus' mighty name, amen.
Learning a trade as an apprentice isn't an easy task. It takes determination, sacrifice and self-control. An apprentice can be older in age than his/her master, he/she can be a graduate, master holder or even married person while the master is still single. Whatever your qualification or status, you have to obey your master. He can send you on errands while he continues with his work. He can shout at you, insult you and ridicule you as your boss. The only reason for accepting all these is to learn the skill in that trade.
This is how it is with our God, although He is God over all and above all but He sometimes allows us to experience some level of shame, reproach, rejection and mockery before we acquire the needed skills to bring out His purpose for our lives. During that period, God is bringing out the best in us in order to be a master tomorrow. He uses those situations for our good even when we are not comfortable with it.
In the days of King David as a boy, He acquired the needed skills; he was trained in the bush, He was built on how to war and defeat with the sling. He was trained on how to cast out evil spirits with His instrument and the Praise of God. All these qualities came while he was sent out of the house to shepherd the sheep in the bush. When he was to be anointed as the next king he was in the bush where no one noticed him but God. He was already a leader of mighty men while King Saul was after him. God is impacting skills into us with what we are going through. He is working all things for our good. As long as we love God, He is giving us the needed skills for the mission ahead of us. He is building in us the ruggedness we will need ahead. He is working for our good.
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose."
Be a faithful Apprentice. Be obedient. Be heart opened in that field you are regardless of the obstacles and reproach, for God is using it to build a new you. It is all working for your good. The mistakes you made, the errors you committed, the challenges are all in your favour, you will soon be freed if you will not give up.
God Bless you and Good Morning.
