"6. being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;"
Thinking Point:
God is still working as Christ is still working for us.
Today is my Birthday, the 22nd of March, do remember me in your prayers.
This week, we will be speaking on "GOD IS AT WORK IN YOU." Can you repeat that to yourself, that God is at work in me? I would like you to know that we are "God's project in progress." We are not abandoned by God. God is not a man that starts and stops a project because of finances or external problems, No. He is the beginning and the end of all things. The first and last of everything. He has the end of everything before the beginning begins. He doesn't specialize in uncompleted jobs, No. He will perfect whatsoever He starts. God is at work in you, Halleluyah.
Jesus assures us that God is at work and He also is at work. May I ask you this morning, whose work are they doing? Who are they working for? You and I of course. God did not retire after the creation of Heaven and Earth. He is working on your behalf. He's working on my behalf. He said, "But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work."
Be rest assured that He will perfect that which He has started in your life. You are God's project in progress. Relax, you are not forgotten. It may not look like it but that is the truth. God is working for us. That was why Apostle Paul said,
" ... being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;"
Till Jesus will return the work of God is on in our lives so, don't be discouraged because God is working for you and I even when we don't understand. He will surely complete that which He has started in us in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
