TOPIC: NEGATIVE SPOKEN WORDS: Prayers (1)

One Year Bible Reading:

Psalm 45 - 48

Romans 4

MEMORY VERSE:

Luke 21:15.

"For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist."

BIBLE READING:

1 Chronicles 4:9-10.

"And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow.

And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested."

Thinking Point:

Prayers change negative spoken words against one's life.

Today, whatever spoken words that have been frustrating your life and destiny, I speak against them. They are cancelled, in Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen.

Beloved, I welcome you to this new series titled, "Negative Spoken Words".

We shall be seeing how to handle words spoken into our lives that have been affecting the fulfilment of our destiny.

Many are going through life's struggles as a result of words spoken against their lives from parents, friends, and unknown persons. Some faces difficulties in life with generational spoken words which defeat their parents. I speak to your life this morning: whatever words spoken against your life, known and unknown, that have stopped your glory from manifesting, Heaven is silencing them this morning, in Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen.

The same way we speak into our future as Christians is the same way evil people speak against others’ lives. But the scripture tells me in Isaiah 54:17, saying:

_“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; AND EVERY TONGUE THAT SHALL RISE AGAINST THEE IN JUDGMENT THOU SHALT CONDEMN. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”_

Every negative word against our lives is condemned, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

What Is The Way Out?

First of all, identify that things are not how they should be. You are working and things aren't adding up. Your effort seems to be a waste. The same pattern keeps repeating itself in your life like your parents. You need to fight against spoken words.

Secondly, you need to start praying in that direction: “Battles that defeated my parents will not defeat me.” “Every spoken word that has been governing my life, Lord, I condemn, in Jesus’ mighty name.”

Prayer is the first key to handle spoken words.

Jabez realized that life wasn't what it should be for him. He kept searching for reasons and later discovered that the name he carried was a spoken word against his future and destiny. Jabez means sorrowful. Then he went to God with proof and prayed, saying:

_“...Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.”_ 1 Chronicles 4:10.

The Lord shall grant your prayer today. The Lord will give answers to all your requests, in the Mighty Name of Jesus, Amen.

We also need to get the right details and present them to God. We need to identify the problem so we will not be praying amiss.

This morning, as you begin to make a deep search, the Lord will reveal the source of those situations you are going through, in Jesus’ Mighty Name. Your prayers will begin to yield responses from God, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

God bless you and Good Morning.
