TOPIC: NEGATIVE SPOKEN WORDS: Act Against Spoke Words (3)

One Year Bible Reading:
Psalm 52 - 55
Romans 5: 12 - 21

MEMORY VERSE:
Luke 21:15.
"For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist."

BIBLE READING:
Genesis 28:8-9
“And Esau seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father;
Then went Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael Abraham's son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be his wife.”

Thinking Point:
Act against that negative spoken word to break every fallow ground.

What men have pronounced against your life is cancelled. You are breaking fallow ground. You are moving beyond every limitation around your life, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

When you have prayed, made confession, and discovered what is written about you in the pages of Scripture, you don’t wait for a miracle, you start acting and activating miracles. You start trying what seemed impossible before. You begin to do the right thing, act the right way, speak positively to yourself, and dare what you failed at before.

Esau was expected to receive blessings from his father but it went the other way. What his father released sounded like a curse — to be below Jacob. Listen to what Isaac said:

_“And Isaac his father answered and said unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above;
And by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck.”_ - Genesis 27:39-40.

What this meant was: in all your accomplishment, you shall serve your brother, he shall be lord over you.

But notice this part:
_“...and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck.”_

That is where action is needed. You shall be free only when you start acting in dominion. Not by fighting, but by doing what seemed impossible before. By doing what is right.

Esau got it right in time. What did he do first? He corrected his steps.

“And Esau seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father;
Then went Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael Abraham's son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be his wife.” - Genesis 28:8-9

He went to fetch from the lineage of Abraham in order to right the wrong.
I’m not saying go and remarry. No. But rewrite the wrongs you have done in time past. Start doing things the right way. Start taking steps you’ve not been taking against that negative pronouncement.

Remove the fear of negative words against you. You have prayed. You’ve asked for forgiveness. It’s time to act in faith and start all over again.

Esau was able to pull the curse away, and when Jacob met him, he was afraid of Esau’s person — all because he turned negative words into positive action. He tilled the ground and became blessed according to the words of his father.

Start working against the pronounced word and you will become an overcomer.

God bless you and Good Morning.
