Yesterday we focused on our thoughts being renewed, thinking rightly. Today, Apostle Paul is saying we live and act right as a new creature. Being a Christian we need to live as God lives, think and talk. Jesus became our role model on how to be like God. We are called into being like God. How can this be? Apostle Peter said, "15. As believers, what makes the difference is what goes on in our heart spontaneously and consistency. How we act on what we think goes a long way to prove if we are believers or living as unbelievers. Apostle Paul was so interested in our thoughts to the extent of appealing to us in Romans 12: 2 say, "2. But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." Thinking Point: Be Still means waiting on God. No one who waits on God ever regrets the decision. It's another Friday to the glory of God, awesome God has done us well, we ascribe all praises to Him in Jesus Name, Amen. What does 'Be Still' imply, waiting for God to respond through prayer and fasting. Being still is what we do when we don't know what else to do. One of the reasons why believers should be disturbed in life should be when our battle becomes tougher than the God we serve.
